Little Liuqiu (Xiao Liuqiu) - 3 Days
Little Liuqiu, just by listening to its name, you may already know that it is a beautiful tiny island indeed! Little Liuqiu is like a pearl in the ocean. The beauty of the natural rocks is amazing… along the coast, there is Vase Stone, Beauty cave, Mountain Pig Ditch, Shanban Bay, Black Dwarf Cave , Haizikou Harbor, Houshi Fringing Reef , Lobster cave and many other colorful ocean landscapes.
Little Liuqiu is located in about 15 nautical miles southwest of Donggang Township where Gaoping River empties into the sea. The whole island is a coral reef topography. Little Liuqiu island, from distance it is looked like a ball drifting on the sea, from which “Liuchiu”, meaning drifting ball was named.
The main dive sites include Vase stone, Dafu fishing port, Baisha Tourist Harbor, etc.
